Model Riset dan Tren Teknologi untuk Social Computing

Penelitian ini membahas tinjauan teori, teknologi, dan aplikasi Social Computing (SC) pada Social-Media (SM). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan tinjauan cepat (rapid review) berdasarkan metode penelitian yang mencakup: obyek penelitian, pertanyaan penelitian, proses pencarian, cakupan dan batasan, koleksi data, analisa data, dan ciri artikel. Analisis penelitian SC pada SM berdasarkan teori: psikologi sosial, interaksi sosial, jaringan sosial, organisasi virtual, dan komputasi cerdas. Model tinjauan dengan ulasan teknologi: agen, web, multimedia, basisdata, nirkabel, dan mobilitas. Analisis kolaboratif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, analisis deskriptif, dan model adaptif. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning (ML) dan Artificial Intelligencde (AI) paling banyak digunakan untuk SC pada SM. Penggunaan ML dan AI untuk SC pada SM sangat prospektif dengan dukungan komputasi dan dataset berkualitas. Implikasinya adalah pendekatan kajian ini menghasilkan model adaptif berdasarkan teori, teknologi, dan aplikasi SC pada SM. Hal ini menjadi perubahan tren media sosial juga diikuti dengan perubahan model pada komputasi sosial. Model adaptif yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi sekaligus peluang baru dan tantangan besar untuk pengembangan SC pada SM.References
