Pemodelan Adopsi Layanan Cloud dalam Pengembangan Bisnis Apotek

Bisnis usaha apotek saat ini telah menyebar pelosok negeri dari perkotaan hingga pedesaan sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Meskipun prospek bisnis usaha apotek memiliki peluang besar, model pengembangan bisnis masih bersifat personal. Tuntutan penggunaan teknologi informasi dengan resiko penyediaan infrastuktur perangkat keras dan lunak menjadi investasi yang sangat mahal. Disisi lain peluang menggunakan penyedia layanan aplikasi yang dapat menekan pembiayaan infrastruktur alat dan aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengadopsi layanan aplikasi apotek berbasis cloud menggunakan model Software as a Service (SaaS). Metodologi penelitian perancangan model perangkat lunak dan model proses bisnis. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada pemilik, pegawai, dan pelanggan apotek. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemodelan sistem perangkat lunak dan pemodelan proses bisnis serta user interface aplikasi apotek. Model proses bisnis apotek yang diwujudkan dalam dua bentuk yaitu business process model and notation. Sedangkan model sistem perangkat lunak diwujudkan dalam bentuk context diagram dan class diagram.
