Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi kesehatan telah mendorong klinik untuk mengadopsi sistem digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan kualitas layanan. Studi ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan evaluasi Sistem Administrasi Klinik SSC, yang dirancang untuk menyederhanakan proses utama seperti pendaftaran pasien, manajemen rekam medis, transaksi farmasi, dan pelacakan kehadiran. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memastikan keandalan fungsional sistem serta menilai kinerjanya dalam kondisi operasional nyata. Metode pengujian fungsional dan non-fungsional digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem secara menyeluruh. Pengujian fungsional memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan semua fitur inti, sehingga memenuhi persyaratan operasional tanpa adanya cacat. Sementara itu, pengujian non-fungsional, yang mencakup uji stres, skalabilitas, beban, failover, keamanan, dan kegunaan, bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja sistem, ketahanannya, tingkat keamanannya, serta pengalaman pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua pengujian fungsional berhasil dilewati, mengonfirmasi kesiapan sistem untuk dioperasikan.
