Abstract

Abstract-Information Systems Pontianak City Drug Rehabilitation Center is an information system for the internal data processing such as doctors, nurses, counselors, medical records officers, employees and logistics as well as external parties such as parent and society. System designed to collect, process and store the data so that data can be retrieved for distribution as a useful information. The system is constructed by applying the technique of responsive design so that the web display can adjust the size of the large area of the browser used by the user. The approach used in the study is a structured approach that uses several tools and construction techniques, such as flowcharts, data flow diagrams, database design and interface design system. Testing the system using black box method. Results of Rehabilitation Drug Information System can assist in data processing drug rehabilitation center that includes administrators, officers of drug rehab and parents.
