Penerapan Algoritma Machine learning untuk Prediksi Gangguan Kesehatan Mental: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Gangguan kesehatan mental merupakan isu serius yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan individu dan masyarakat secara luas. Seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya kesehatan mental, pendekatan berbasis teknologi seperti Machine learning (ML) mulai banyak digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan memprediksi gangguan tersebut secara lebih akurat dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian literatur sistematis mengenai penerapan algoritma machine learning dalam prediksi gangguan kesehatan mental. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan pendekatan PRISMA, sebanyak 40 studi yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria inklusi tertentu, seperti studi yang ditulis dalam Bahasa Inggris dan membahas prediksi kesehatan mental menggunakan machine learning. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa atribut seperti usia, jenis kelamin, dan kebiasaan tidur merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam prediksi kesehatan mental. Adapun algoritma yang paling sering digunakan adalah Logistic Regression, Random Forest, XGBoost, dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Evaluasi performa model dilakukan dengan metrik seperti precision, recall, f1-score, accuracy, dan AUC. Model LightGBM menunjukkan performa tertinggi dalam studi yang ditinjau. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa machine learning memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung sistem deteksi dini gangguan kesehatan mental yang lebih efektif dan berbasis data.
