Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi Kegiatan Statistik di BPS Provinsi Lampung

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Lampung sedang menghadapi tantangan dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan statistik yang saat ini dilakukan secara terpisah pada beberapa website, tidak semua kegiatan terakomodasi dalam website, dan dokumentasi yang tidak terorganisir dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sistem informasi monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan statistik yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengefisienkan proses monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan statistik di BPS Provinsi Lampung. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model modified waterfall, sedangkan metode evaluasi yang digunakan yaitu Black Box Testing, Usability testing, dan pengujian performa sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian SUS, diperoleh skor rata-rata 88,375 yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki tingkat kegunaan yang baik dan siap digunakan. Selain itu, dari hasil pengujian performa diperoleh skor performa tiap halaman sudah baik yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap halaman web sudah memiliki performa yang baik. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi bagi BPS Provinsi Lampung dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan statistik secara efektif dan efisien serta berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang statistik dan teknologi informasi.References
