Pembangunan Ulang Aplikasi Kopistat (Kompilasi Pilihan Data Statistik) BPS Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Bojonegoro mengembangkan aplikasi Kopistat sebagai media diseminasi data statistik daerah berbasis Android. Namun, aplikasi ini masih memiliki keterbatasan berupa data yang bersifat statis, tidak terintegrasi dengan basis data maupun API eksternal, dokumentasi sistem yang terbatas, serta tampilan antarmuka yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun ulang aplikasi Kopistat agar mendukung pembaruan data secara dinamis, meningkatkan kualitas antarmuka pengguna, serta mengevaluasi fungsionalitas dan kegunaan sistem. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model modified waterfall dengan mengintegrasikan aplikasi Android ke API BPS dan basis data internal, serta membangun web admin sebagai sarana pengelolaan data. Evaluasi sistem meliputi pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing, pengujian kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), dan evaluasi pengalaman pengguna web admin menggunakan metode Thinking Aloud. Hasil pengujian Black-Box menunjukkan seluruh fitur aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi sistem. Pengujian SUS yang melibatkan 37 responden memperoleh skor 76,62, yang menunjukkan tingkat kegunaan aplikasi berada pada kategori baik dan dapat diterima. Evaluasi Thinking Aloud dengan melibatkan satu responden, yaitu pegawai BPS Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang bertugas sebagai admin sistem menunjukkan bahwa alur penggunaan web admin mudah dipahami tanpa kendala signifikan. Secara keseluruhan, pembangunan ulang aplikasi Kopistat meningkatkan fleksibilitas pengelolaan data, kualitas antarmuka, dan efektivitas diseminasi data statistik daerah di BPS Kabupaten Bojonegoro.References
