Abstract

Permendiknas Nomor 28 Tahun 2010 mengatur tentang Penugasan Guru sebagai Kepala Sekolah/Madrasah, meliputi persyaratan umum dan persyaratan khusus, penyiapan calon, pengangkatan, masa tugas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, penilaian kinerja, mutasi dan pemberhentian kepala sekolah/madrasah. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap proses pengangkatan kepala sekolah di Kabupaten Sambas dalam setting sekolah menengah pertama.
