DUKUNGAN IKLIM PSIKOLOGIS SEKOLAH DALAM MENGHADAPI TANTANGAN LITERASI DIGITAL GURU

The competence of teaching staff is a determinant of educational success. In the digital era, teachers are required to be able to utilize digital media to support learning. So this research aims to measure the influence of psychological climate on teachers' digital literacy at the high school level. This research uses quantitative methods with an explanatory survey research design which will explain the research results. The sample in this study were high school teachers from 17 senior hight schools the city of Kediri which were then calculated using the Slovin formula to find a proportional sample with the result being 251 teachers as samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire which was then processed using SmartPLS 3. So the findings from this research are that there is an influence of psychological climate on school literacy with a t-statistic value of 5.883>1.96 with a p-value of 0.000<0.05, thus showing that the hypothesis is accepted. Apart from that, the CIBC value is 0.496, which shows that the influence that the psychological climate has on teacher literacy is 49.6%, while 50.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstrak
Kompetensi tenaga pendidik menjadi penentu dalam keberhasilan pendidikan. Pada era digital guru dituntut untuk mampu memanfaatkan media digital guna menunjang pembelajaran. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh iklim psikologis terhadap literasi digital guru di jenjang SMA. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survei eksplanasi yang mana akan menjelaskan terkait dengan hasil penelitian. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru SMA dari 17 sekolah yang tersebar di kota kediri yang kemudian dihitung dengan rumus slovin untuk mencari proposional sampel dengan hasil sejumlah 251 guru sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Sehingga temuan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh iklim psikologis terhadap literasi sekolah dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 5,883>1,96 dengan p-value 0,000<0,05 sehingga menunjukan hipotesis tersebut diterima. Selain itu nilai CIBC sebesar 0,496 yang menunjukan pengaruh yang diberikan iklim psikologis terhadap literasi guru sebesar 49,6% sedangkan 50,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
