Adapun yang menjadi tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengindentifikasi implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka serta mengevaluasi kinerja guru terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif disertai metode deskriptif. Sehingga peneliti bersikap menjadi instrumen utama dalam memperoleh data-data yang terkait bagaimana implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru pada kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Untuk hasil penelitian yaitu kepemimpinan pembelajaran mempunyai tugas yang penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru pada kurikulum merdeka. Melalui kepemimpinan pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan mutu profesionalisme kinerja guru. Implementasi kepemimpinan pembelajaran lebih memfokuskan berbagai komponen pada pembelajaran yaitu mengembangkan sistem, struktur dan kurikulum, penilaian hasil belajar, dan penilaian mengembangkan keterampilan guru, kultur pembelajaran, metode dan media pembelajaran serta menyediakan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran.References
