PENGELOLAN PROSES PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM SEKOLAH DI SMK NEGERI 1 SAJINGAN BESAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pengembangan kurikulum sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Sajingan Besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif oleh dengan model analisis interaktif oleh Miles & Huberman dengan langkah-langkah pengumpulan data, pemadatan data, pemaparan data dan membuat kesimpulan. Jenis data dalam penelitian terbagi menjadi primer dan sekunder. Data primer meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan informasi langsung dari proses pengembangan kurikulum. Sumber data sekunder adalah informasi yang sudah ada, termasuk dari peneliti terdahulu atau organisasi lain. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengembangan kurikulum di sekolah tersebut dilakukan melalui langkah-langkah sistematis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara guru, kepala sekolah, dan perwakilan industri lokal serta pendekatan evaluatif yang berkelanjutan memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan kurikulum yang relevan dan efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa.References
