Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh work family conflict terhadap profesionalisme melalui stres kerja kepala sekolah di SMK Swasta Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan melibatkan 36 kepala sekolah SMK Swasta di Kota Malang tahun 2024. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat sejauh mana pengaruh work family conflict dan stres kerja pada sikap profesionalisme kepala sekolah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS4 serta IBM SPSS 24. Hasil menuunjukkan bahwa work family conflict berpengaruh secara langsung profesionalisme kepala sekolah, selain itu work family conflcit juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung pada profesionalisme melalui stres kerja kepala sekolah.References
