HUBUNGAN KOMUNITAS AKADEMIK DAN MOTIVASI MAHASISWA DENGAN KINERJA DOSEN DI FKIP UNIKA SANTO AGUSTINUS HIPPO LANDAK

Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini bertujuan menguji hubungan komunitas akademik dan motivasi mahasiswa dengan kinerja dosen di FKIP Unika Santo Agustinus Hippo Landak. Sampel 68 mahasiswa (jenis kelamin L=27; P=41, usia <20 tahun=5; 20-25 tahun=56; >25 tahun=7) semester akhir dipilih secara simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan lewat kuesioner Likert dan dianalisis dengan Spearman Rank serta PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan positif kuat antara komunitas akademik dan kinerja dosen (r=0,685; p<0,001) serta antara motivasi mahasiswa dan kinerja dosen (r=0,796; p<0,001). Namun, hanya motivasi mahasiswa yang berpengaruh langsung signifikan (β=0,53; p<0,05). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 65 % varians kinerja dosen (R ²=0,65). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan komunitas akademik dan motivasi belajar untuk mendukung kinerja dosen dan mutu pembelajaran. Institusi disarankan membangun komunitas terstruktur, memotivasi mahasiswa, serta meningkatkan komunikasi dan kapasitas dosen.References
