KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL BERBASIS NILAI ISLAM: STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH SMA MIFTAHUL ULUM

Studi ini mengeksplorasi penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional oleh kepala sekolah SMA Miftahul Ulum, sebuah sekolah menengah Islam pedesaan di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat, untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berhasil mengadaptasi empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional (pengaruh yang diidealkan, motivasi inspiratif, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual) dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dan strategi kontekstual, seperti optimalisasi anggaran dan keterlibatan masyarakat. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan motivasi guru dan inovasi pedagogis, meskipun tantangan seperti penundaan gaji dan kesenjangan generasi tetap ada. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan mengusulkan dimensi kelima kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis nilai Islam dan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi pemimpin sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan.
