POLA LAYOUT RESTORAN TERHADAP PENERAPAN PANDUAN OPERASIONAL PROKES COVID-19 (STUDI KASUS: KFC TEMBALANG SEMARANG)

Covid-19 merupakan bencana nasional yang menyebabkan masyarakat harus melakukan kebiasaan baru (new normal). Pemerintah menghimbau masyarakat untuk berada di rumah dan tidak melakukan aktivitas di luar. Namun dalam kenyataannya masih banyak tempat yang ramai dikunjungi masyarakat salah satunya adalah restoran cepat saji. KFC Tembalang Semarang. Terkait pandemi, pemerintah telah mengeluarkan peraturan terkait prokes bagi restoran/rumah makan yang salah satunya menyebutkan bagi manajamen pengelola untuk memastikan tidak terjadi kerumunan. Menyikapi kondisi ini, diperlukan pengamatan untuk melihat adaptasi terkait kondisi pandemi dilihat pada tata layoutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kesesuaian tata layout ruang apakah telah meminimalisir terjadinya kerumunan atau tidak. Dilakukan metode pemetaan perilaku berdasarkan pelaku, untuk melihat kemungkinan terjadinya kerumunan pada area mana saja, dilanjutkan penulisan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pada layout terdapat 3 tiitik kepadatan sehingga belum sesuai dengan panduan operasional prokes. Hasil pengamatan juga menunjukkan bahwa atribut kenyamanan, aksesibilitas dan privasi menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan area makan pengunjung. Area D menjadi area yang dipilih karena faktor kenyamanan dan tingkat privasi yang tinggi serta area A dan C dipilih karena faktor aksesibilitas yang mudah.
RESTAURANT LAYOUT PATTERNS TOWARD THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOL OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES (CASE STUDY: KFC TEMBALANG SEMARANG)
Covid-19 is a national disaster that causes people to have new habits (new normal). The government urges the public to stay at home and not engage in outdoor activities. But in reality there are still many places that are crowded with people, one of which is a fast food restaurant. KFC Tembalang Semarang. Regarding the pandemic, the government has issued regulations related to procedures for restaurants/restaurants, one of which mentions for management to ensure there are no crowds. Responding to this condition, observations are needed to see adaptations related to pandemic conditions seen in the layout. This study aims to see the suitability of the spatial layout whether it has minimized the occurrence of crowds or not. A behavioral mapping method based on actors is used, to see the possibility of crowds occurring in any area, followed by writing with a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the observations show that in the layout there are 3 density points that it is not in accordance with the operational guidelines of the process. Observations also show that the attributes of comfort, accessibility and privacy are factors that influence the selection of a visitor's dining area. Area D was chosen because of the comfort factor and high level of privacy and area A and C were chosen because of easy accessibility.
