ONLINE TAXI BIKE DRIVER'S PREFERENCES TO LOCATION AND WAITING AREA REQUIREMENTS IN WEST KALIMANTAN AND SOUTH SULAWESI
The development of technology and society"™s demand for transportation triggered the emergence of online taxi bike. Which causes waiting places, especially in areas that have a lot of consumers, such as West Kalimantan and South Sulawesi that use open spaces and places that can interfere with other transportation mobility, such as congestion. From this phenomenon, the responsibility of online taxi bike service providers for transportation accessibility can be questioned. Therefore, the purpose of this study is as the first step is to look at the preferences of waiting places used by online taxi bike drivers at shelter locations and identify the conditions and space problems encountered in waiting areas in West Kalimantan and South Sulawesi. This research uses a qualitative method that is open-ended with a convenience sampling technique through a bold questionnaire. Data analysis used three stages, namely open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. The results of the study obtained 9 locations of online taxi bike drivers in choosing a place to wait and six problems faced by online taxi bike drivers, namely the problem of online taxi bike drivers in open spaces and public facilities; culinary and residential places; offices and flexibility; educational facilities; supermarkets; and shopping centers. This research is expected to provide input from managers or online taxi bike service providers in determining where shelters are provided and managed
