SPACE SYNTAX: PENGARUH KONFIGURASI JARINGAN JALAN PADA PERGERAKAN DAN PEMANFAATAN LAHAN DI RUANG PERKOTAAN. STUDI KASUS KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract

Ruang perkotaan merupakan ruang dinamis tempat di mana penghuni kota berinteraksi. Interaksi manusia dalam ruang- ruang perkotaan akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan perkotaan itu sendiri. Memahami hubungan manusia, pergerakan dan ruang perkotaan akan memudahkan melihat bagaimana ruang berkembang. Dalam sistim perkotaan Konfigurasi mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dimana bentuk dan pola    jaringan jalan akan menjadi penghubung setiap ruang perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memberi pemahaman bagaimana jaringan jalan mempengaruhi pola pergerakan,penggunaan lahan serta perkembangan perkotaan. Pendekatan teori dan metode  Space Syntax  digunakan untuk mendapakan hasil interpretasi dan mengungkapkan hal tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian pada jaringan jalan Kota Yogyakarta mengunakan nilai NACH (Normalized Angular Choice)  dan NAIN (Normalized Angular Integration)  didapat hasil bahwa nilai yang sama sama tinggi pada dua nilai akan mempengaruhi pola mobilitas dan pergerakan menuju dan dari jaringan serta pemanfaatan lahan sebagai area komersial. Nilai integrasi dan  choice  baik rendah atau tinggi akan berpengaruh terhadap bagaimana perkembangan dan pemanfaatan lahan perkotaan
