Hubungan Kohesivitas dengan Interaksi Sosial pada Ekstrakurikuler Bola Basket Atrox di SMAN 7 Garut

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kohesivitas dengan interaksi sosial di ekstrakurikuler bola basket Atrox SMAN 7 Garut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh anggota ekstrakurikuler sebanyak 29 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor kohesivitas faktual dan interaksi sosial sebesar 5421 dari skor ideal 6500 dengan persentase 76%, yang dinilai baik. Penyesuaian diri terhadap diri sendiri mencapai persentase 85,2% yang sangat baik. Diperoleh temuan bahwa kohesivitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap interaksi sosial dan perilaku sosial anggota ekstrakurikuler. Disarankan pelatih memberikan program latihan yang lebih membangun interaksi sosial antar anggota.References
