This study investigates how Ludwig Guru, an AI-based writing tool, supports Indonesian EFL learners in three categories of writing: verb conjugation, sentence structure, and subject"“verb agreement. Learner performance was compared before and after using the tool, and a nonparametric test showed that sentence structure benefited the most, with clear gains in learners"™ ability to construct grammatically correct sentences. Subject"“verb agreement also improved, approaching but not fully reaching statistical significance, indicating that students made meaningful progress in matching subjects and verbs. Improvements in verb conjugation were positive yet modest and did not prove significant, which shows that AI feedback alone may not be sufficient for mastering verb-form changes. Pedagogically, the findings imply that teachers can leverage Ludwig Guru for targeted sentence-structure practice while pairing it with brief, focused lessons on verb paradigms and agreement rules. Overall, this study focuses on helping learners enhance their writing skills in the aspects that are mentioned.References
