PENINGKATAN RASA KECINTAAN TERHADAP ORGANISASI SEBAGAI BENTUK BELA NEGARA DAN KESADARAN HUKUM BAGI GENERASI MUDA

Oganisasi merupakan wadah tempat berkumpulnya dua orang manusia atau lebih yang memiliki cita-cita yang sama. Di Kabupaten Subang, terdapat sebuah paguyuban yang berisi siswa/i sekolah menengah atas dan mahasiswa/i yang kuliah di perguruan tinggi. Paguyuban tersebut berada dibawah naungan Dinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan, dan Olahraga (Didaspora) Kabupaten Subang. Namun dalam paguyuban Mojang Jajaka Kabupaten Subang terdapat sebuah masalah yang dihadapi yakni kurangnya rasa kecintaan terhadap organisasi serta motivasi dalam berogranisasi. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang sangat penting, karena dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka berdampak akan kurangnya rasa kekompakan dalam berorganisasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa cinta dan motivasi generasi muda dalam beroganisasi khususnya pada paguyuban Mojang Jajaka Kabupateng Subang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dari kegiatan ini dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa organisasi merupakan sebuah wadah yang sangat penting bagi generasi muda dan serta organisasi membawa manfaat yang baik untuk generasi muda.
