Falsafah Pancasila sebagai Basis Pengembangan Dakwah Islam

Abstract

Pancasila is a concensus and national principle for Indonesian independence. Therefore, Pancasila has always been the guideline and moral basis for Indonesian people in every activity when living as a nation-state citizen, including Islamic da'wah activity. This study is a text study which is referred to as rational and historical reconstruction. The results of the study show that as a state philosophy, the values in Pancasila are very possible to be the basis for the development of Islamic da'wah, especially the divinity value, humanity and unity. Divinity values support Islamic da'wah activities in order to invite people to live with God dan religion at the same time, but also mandate that da'wah is not carried out with an attitude of "religious selfishness", but with a cultured Jurnal Pendidikan PKN Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan http://jurnal.untan.ac.id/index.php/JPPKn/index e-ISSN: 2723-0996| Vol. 3 No. 2 Oktober 2022 70 attitude: respect and honor other religion believers. Human values encourage Islamic da'wah to be accompanied by the teachings of altruism among humans; well behaved because of humanity, but still based on theology (divinity). The value of national unity mandates that Islamic da'wah also plays a role in maintaining social cohesion, thus creating a solid civilization and cooperate civilization, which in the end will lead to benefit and happiness in society.
