Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
In an effort to improve the quality of our services and journal management system, we would like to inform you that our journal will undergo a system migration from Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 2 to OJS version 3.
The migration process will begin on April 7, 2026, and is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks.
During this migration period, please note the following:
The journal system may be temporarily inaccessible.
The processes of manuscript submission, review, and editing may experience delays.
Authors are kindly advised to postpone new submissions until the migration process is completed.
The editorial team will remain available via email for urgent matters.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience. This migration is intended to provide a more modern, secure, and user-friendly system for all journal users.
