STUDI KASUS PEMBINAAN KARAKTER DI SEKOLAH KELAS OLAHRAGA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan karakter yang berlangsung di SMP Negeri 1 Cisaga Kabupaten Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis. Hal yang menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa di satuan pendidikan ini terdapat satu kelas olahraga yang dipilih untuk dilatih menjadi atlet dan mendapat perhatian khusus menuju prestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah olahraga efektif dalam pembentukan karakter dengan pembaiasaan agar siswa dapat melakukan rangkaian berfikir, berbicara dan melakukan karakter yang baik. Penyelengaraan kelas olahraga di SMP Negeri 1 Cisaga Kabupaten Ciamis telah berjalan efektif. Internalisasi karakter dilaksanakan dalam proses sekolah dan berlatih dalam kontek olahraga dan di evaluasi secara berkesinambungan.References
