Evaluasi program latihan psikologi dalam periodesasi latihan di klub Akademi Bola Voli Buleleng (ABVB)

Tujuan penelitian adalah ingin melihat bentuk program latihan psikologis yang dilakukan di ABVB. Metode penelitian berupa metode survei, untuk mencari informasi langsung kepada pelatih di ABVB yang berjumlah 12 orang. Hasil pati pengumpulan data ini menunjukan bahwa 1) para pelatih telah melakukan pendekatan personal dengan baik, 2) tidak terjemahkannya dengan baik program psikologi dalam periodesai latihan serta 3) pelatih mengerti bentuk latihan dalam program psikologi.References
