Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Jasmani: Sebuah Analisis dari Sudut Pandang Pengawas Olahraga

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan dalam proses belajar mengajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan, yang salah satunya adalah faktor kinerja guru atau tenaga pengajar yang optimal dan profesional dalam mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas olahraga se Kabupaten Majalengka wilayah Selatan, diantaranya pada kecamatan; Maja, Argapura, Banjaran, Talaga, Cikijing, Cingambul, Bantarujeg, Malausma dan Lemahsugih sebanyak 20 orang. Dan yang dijadikan sampel adalah seluruh jumlah populasi. Persepsi pengawas rumpun olahraga terhadap kinerja guru Penjaskes se-Kabupaten Majalengka menunjukkan kategori cukup baik. Hal tersebut terlihat dengan didapatnya nilai korelasi sebesar 0,41. Penafsiran korelasi di atas, terletak antara 0,40 "“ 0,599 atau berkategori sedang. Dengan demikian persepsi pengawas rumpun olahraga terhadap kinerja guru penjaskes se Kabupaten Majalengka cukup baik.
