Identifikasi tingkat Kapasitas Oksigen (VO2maks) pada Mahasiswa Olahraga

VO2maks merupakan salah satu indikator komponen fisik yang bergunan untuk mengidentifikasi daya tahan aerobik seseorang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah unutk dapat mengetahui tingkat kapasitas paru-paru (VO2maks pada mahasiswa Olahraga. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Dan instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes menggunakan Bleep Test sebagai tolak ukur VO2maks. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan jasmani Universitas Tanjungpura. Dari Hasil Penelitian menggunakan Bleep Test didapati hasil 5 orang (10%) kurang 28 orang (56%) cukup 15 orang (30%) baik dan 2 orang (4%) baik sekali. Dari hasil penelitian didapati kesimpulan jika mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani memiliki kapasitas oksigen (VO2maks) yang cukup dalam melakukan aktivitas harian dan mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan.
